During my stay, I loved how the hotel was just a few steps from Playa De Bocagrande, making beach walks super easy, and it was also a short stroll to Tunel y Parque Lineal de Crespo, perfect for enjoying some greenery and fresh air, while the staff were friendly and accommodating, offering to help with room issues promptly, which I appreciated as a group traveler.

The rooftop terrace offers stunning views, perfect for sipping coffee while enjoying the Cartagena breeze. This spot is accessible, making it easy for everyone to relax and soak in the scenery.
Numerous issues detracted from the experience. Garbage cluttering the entrance creates an undesirable first impression. The room had insufficient noise isolation. early breakfast-goers could be distinctly heard. Navigating the ultra-small bathroom felt cramped, especially needing to squeeze while showering to manage the door. On top of that, the overall cleanliness left much to be desired, with hair noticeable on the floor and in the shower. Wet floors posed a hazard, and the breakfast portions felt too small to satisfy.

Decent Stay with Room for Improvement
Our stay was memorable due to the friendly staff who promptly addressed our concerns. Enjoyed a tranquil atmosphere in the lounge, but the cleanliness could use attention. Try the local restaurant just a short walk away for a taste of authentic cuisine.
